1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to any consent of personal details, including but not limited to orders and purchases made on On & On Holdings. On & On Holdings reserves the right to amend/update this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer. We at On & On Holdings (“On & On Holdings”, “we,” “us,” “our”) know that our customers (“you,” “your”) care about how your personal information is gathered, used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read this Security & Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to understand how On & On Holdings may gather, use and disclose your personal data, whether through our website at https://www.onandonholdings.com/ (“Site”), or otherwise in the course of our normal business operations.
2. Account Registration and Users
With account registration on On & On Holdings Website, users are provided a unique identification across the website for redemption and account management. It will too aid us to trace all orders where there are queries or issues that surfaced. Registration is simple and can only be done through individual users. The customer must provide a unique email and password when registering. These will be required to logged in to the unique account dashboard with all the users’ information and purchases on On & On Holdings.
Customers must also ensure that all details provided during registration or any other time are accurate and complete at the point of registration. Any changes to details provided during registration must be updating the dashboard on On & On Holdings. You will be asked to provide a password upon registration; this Password must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone. You will be liable for any purchases and activities that are submitted under this Password.
3. Termination of Account and Users
If you do not wish to be part of the On & On Holdings Community and wished for your account to be taken down, you may submit a request of deletion by email at enquiries@onandonholdings.sg, or call us during our operating hour (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm) at +65 6544 1318. Do note that some information not limited to Sales Transactions may remain in our private records after deletion of account.
If you do not wish to receive any emails or marketing communications materials from us, you may wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
4. Personal Data Protection Act (Privacy Policy)
a. Consent;
By accessing the website, you are to provide your personal data to On & On Holdings, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this Policy and that you are giving permission to the collection, usage and disclosure of your personal data by On & On Holdings in accordance to this policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not access the website and/or provide your personal data to On & On Holdings.
b. Purpose; and
On & On Holdings collects your personal data in order to provide our services to you, this allow us to customise and improve our services and your customer service experience with us. Personal data collected by On & On Holdings will be used for:
- To process, record, monitor and fulfil your orders and deliveries;
- To plan and schedule routes for deliveries efficiently;
- To authenticate your personal particulars and payments to do fraud management
- For communications with you, including confirmation and updating your status of orders, and/or delivery logistics
- To be able to communicate to you with the latest promotions, offers, surveys, events, new product launches and services; which may be of your interest;

As your Account is secured by a password for your confidentiality and security, we ask that you take caution to protect against illegal access or use of your Account. You are liable for any loss, theft and compromise of your password and Account Information, and any activity on your Account that takes place through unauthorised password use.
On & On Holdings does not warrant or guarantee in any way that your personal information or private communications will permanently remain private and/or safe. We hereby disclaims any accountability or liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with, any loss, theft, or unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar actions with regard to any personal data held or maintained by us, except to the extent caused by our fault or negligence.
5. Intellectual Property
You agree that the On & On Holdings website contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, typefaces, music, sounds and other material (collectively) that are safeguarded by copyrights, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights owned by us or our suppliers. You are not to modify, reproduce, copy or distribute any of the content on On & On Holdings for commercial or personal purposes without our prior consent.
6. Pricing and Product Information
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders in terms of price, details and size through the On & On Holdings website, On & On Holdings expressly reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice. As much as On & On Holdings tries to reflect the actual product size, details and price, On & On Holdings is not liable for the situation when they differ from the actual product.
On & On Holdings has made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
7. Order Process
a. Acceptance and Confirmation of Order
Registered users may place their orders and purchases on On & On Holdings. The process of ordering is as followed:
1. Choose your products and Add them to the cart
2. Verify your selected products
3. Indication of Remarks
4. Indication of Payment Evidence through uploading screenshot
5. Accept the T&C
6. Confirm Payment
7. Validate Order and Receive Confirmation
The user is able to see the different stages of the order details and the total price and may correct any errors before confirming his/her order, thereby expressing his/her acceptance. Payment for the price of the products makes the order final and no amendment of the order may be entertained by or taken into consideration by the vendor thereafter.
Conclusion of the contract is only effective after confirmation of the order by the vendor. The vendor confirms the order by sending an email to the email address provided by the client. The vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning payment of a previous order or who, in the vendor’s opinion, presents any form of risk. Any information given by the client remains his/her sole responsibility and any anomalies generated by him/her may not be borne by the vendor nor shall the vendor be liable for any loss or damage occasioned thereby, in the event that it becomes impossible to carry out the order and achieve a successful outcome.
b. Payment (Secured Transactions)
Online payment is made exclusively by Omise. The user accepts that his/her account is debited for the total amount due at the time of the order. After payment has been validated by the banking organisation, the order is accepted by On & On Holdings who confirms acceptance of the order to the client by email. The user undertakes to personally use the bank details of which he/she is the registered holder. In the event of fraudulent use, On & On Holdings cannot be held liable. In the absence of payment by the bank, or a refusal by the banking centres to make payment, the order shall be automatically cancelled and the client informed by email. The products remain the property of the vendor until it receives full payment of the price.
c. Exchange Policy
No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once orders are collected, unless special circumstances applied. If there are special cancellations to be made, a 5% transactional fee will apply.
d. Refund Policy
All food products are deemed perishable and could be temperature sensitive. On & On Holdings upholds our product handling processes very strictly and items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless the items provided are in a damaged condition and rejected upon collection. Damage products will undergo an investigation and a comprehensive verdict will be provided to the customer accordingly.
1. For inhouse products – Refund will be made within 7 working days.
2. For external products – Refund will be made within 14 working days.
8. Promotions, Campaigns and Other Privileges
Promotions are only valid and made available exclusively for the time period specify by On & On Holdings and while stocks last basis. No compensation or cash will be offered in the event that a promotion is no longer in stock. The following term shall apply to the use of promo codes:
- Each promotional code is eligible for all registered user and is only valid for the time period specified by On & On Holdings.
- Use of any promo code must be indicated at the time of checkout, and all information required by On & On Holdings must be provided. No retroactive use of the promo code is permitted.
- A minimum spend may be required before use of the promo code is permitted.
- We reserve the right to vary or impose such other terms and conditions, as deemed appropriate from time to time by posting varied terms and conditions on the site or through the app. On & On Holdings’s decision on all matters relating to promotions, discounts, promo codes and other privileges is final and binding.
- On & On Holdings reserves the right to discontinue any promotions, discounts, promo code programmes and privileges at any time without notice or liability.
9. Right to Amend Policy
On & On Holdings reserves the right to amend the prevailing Security & Privacy Policy at any time and will place any such amendments on this Site. This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Singapore law including without limitation the provisions of the Evidence Act (Chapter 97), Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88) and the PDPA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Suspension and Termination
You agree that On & On Holdings has the right in its sole and absolute discretion and without notice or liability to:
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site, App, or Services; and/or
- Terminate, deactivate or suspend your account, delete your account, and all related information and file in your account without assigning any reason
- Without prejudice to the generality of the above, On & On Holdings reserves the right to deactivate your account if it has been inactive for a period of 10 years or more, or if you are in breach of any of our Terms of Use.
11. Notification of Infringement
On & On Holdings reserves the right to investigate the notices of copyright, trademark and other intellectual property infringement (‘Infringement”) in respect of the Site, App, Services or Content (“Infringing Material”) and take appropriate action. If you believe that your work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and such infringement is occurring on the Site, App, or Services, please notify On & On Holdings in writing immediately in the form and containing the information prescribed by the Singapore Copyright Act (Cap. 63) (“Infringement Notice”) All infringement notices shall be sent to On & On Holdings addressed as follows:

On & On Holdings will duly consider all Infringement Notices submitted in the above manner. In return, you agree that you shall not take any legal action or exercise any legal remedy you may have against On & On Holdings in respect of any Infringing Material, unless you have first given On & On Holdings the Infringement Notice and sufficient opportunity to remove the Infringing Material, and thereafter On & On Holdings refuses or fails to remove the Infringing Material within a reasonable time. Where On & On Holdings removes the Infringing Material in response to your Infringement Notice, you agree not to exercise and you hereby waive, any right of action against On & On Holdings under applicable law which you may have in respect of any Infringing Material appearing on the Site prior to such removal by On & On Holdings. Your acknowledge and agree that On & On Holdings has no control and cannot undertake responsibility or liability in respect of Infringing Material appearing on or through Linked Sites or other third party sites.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Services, and any disputes arising from or under the Terms & Conditions, shall be governed by Singapore Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Singapore regarding any dispute. A person who is not a party to Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the contract (Right of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of Terms & Conditions.
